Hello, I’m Marie.

As a professionally qualified, Relate-trained relationship counsellor, I help couples; families and individuals manage and enhance their relationships by improving communication and by helping them develop a better appreciation of their own and others’ relationship needs.

When facing relationship problems and crises, I work with my clients to resolve ongoing conflict, reach important decisions, and importantly; make desired changes.

Life can throw up problems that can affect even the strongest of relationships, often causing communication to breakdown just at a time when it is needed most. Working together, I support my clients in maintaining or developing a healthy relationship while these other problems are overcome.

I work confidentially with clients in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. My practices are conveniently located for the towns of Tring, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, Harpenden, and St. Albans as well as all surrounding villages.

All psychotherapists and counsellors will talk about relationships, but not all psychotherapists and counsellors specialise in relationships.

Fear of failure and isolation common factors in anxiety and depression across groups

It seems like every other day we see further evidence of particular groups in society finding it difficult to cope.
